Training Division, National Health Mission, Kerala is bound to give best experience in the area of training to the health care professionals and others in field. In order to meet the challenges in current scenario; training division in association with various agencies has developed promising platforms for training. Three modes of trainings are offered by training division, online live training using live platforms, online self-paced courses in Learning management systems and Physical trainings.

The Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform dedicated to e-Learning activities in the field of health services. This LMS will provide you with a wide variety of opportunities, resources, and new strategies for in service education and training.LMS is an integral part of e-Learning Platform for which ensures high standards of in-service education and training for health care personnel’s and establishes a framework for e-Learning capacity. This is achieved through the use of information and communication technology, in particular web based education and training to the maximum possible extent.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A learning management system is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs. The learning management system concept emerged directly from e-Learning
