TRAINING ON COURT PROCEEDINGS AND RELATED OFFICE MATTERS
This training program orients the participants regarding office matters and procedures related to court proceedings and communications. Institutions/Offices under the Health services department may come across the situations like dealing with the communications/instructions from the court or may need to involve in the court-related procedures. The lack of idea in the court-related procedures and proceedings will lead to loss of time, effort and money. In some circumstances, the justice may be denied to the lack of awareness and delay in timely action. This training module will give learning experiences to the officers dealing with the above-mentioned area.
